THE LIMIT OF linkinchina.com LIABILITY IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE TO CUSTOMER (OR ITS USERS, CLIENTS, PROVIDERS, VENDORS OR ANY OTHER PARTY) CONCERNING PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE WEBSITES, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT, IN THE AGGREGATE, EXCEED $1.
